After yesterday morning’s downtime, we’ve decided to split up the nameservers onto separate services in an attempt to avoid anything like that again. Due to this nameserver move, some users may experience connectivity issues over the next 24-48 hours.
We apologize for any inconvenience. We’ll try to make the transition as smooth and painless as possible.

We’ve migrated the nameserver successfully.
Our nameservers were taken down during a pretty large datacenter power outage last night between 1:30AM EST and about 3:15AM EST. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused our customers. Read more about the outage here.
I hope everyone is having a good autumn so far. This is just a quick update to keep everyone abreast of what blackhatzen is up to this month. We’re working on the next WP Guardian update as well as the referrer guard/cloaker add-on. The next version (1.2) of WP Guardian will give users the ability to block their entire site (every page, every post) with just the click of a button. We’ll also be giving users the ability to choose their default blocking ad. As we’ve posted on the forums, we’re aiming for a November 14th release for 1.2 at the very latest.
As some of you who frequent the forums know, we’ve also been hashing out plans for Forum Generator. We’re really happy to announce that we’ll be releasing a “light” version of FG in the near future (possibly by the end of the month) and will then continue developing the standalone version, as per our customers’ wishes. Expect a development timeline to be posted on the support forum soon! If anyone has any feature suggestions, click the Questions button on the side of your screen and let your voice be heard!
From the feedback we’ve received from customers, the Forum Generator 1.5.2 update seemed to fix a lot of issues and also sped up the back-end a bit. If you’re a customer and haven’t received the update, let us know!
The site may go down for a day or two this month for the launch of our brand new site. We’ll give everyone a solid date when we’ve got one. This change won’t effect customer support at all and the forums will remain live.
I hope everyone is getting excited for the holiday season and is starting to ramp up their marketing efforts. I’ve got a feeling this is going to be a good one!
We’re going to be sending out the update emails for WordPress Guardian 1.1 today. This adds a brand new feature that allows users to much more easily rotate links within their advertisements. It also adds the ability to list links in a drop-down menu.

We’ve released an update for Forum Generator. It is mainly a bug fixing update and contains no new features. If you do not receive download instructions via email, please go over to the support forum for more information.
We know that quite a few Forum Generator users do not frequent the forums, so we ask that all Forum Generator customers respond to a thread and poll we’ve created in the FG support forum. It pertains to the future of Forum Generator and the more customer feedback we have, the better we’ll be able to serve customers.
