We’ve released a beta version of the newest version of Forum Generator to customers.

Forum Generator 1.5 Changelog

Major Changes

• Brand New Look – We’ve taken loads of feedback from our users and have changed the look and feel of Forum Generator’s administrative panel completely.
• New Keyword Management – We’ve now split the keywords into two separate lists, Link Lists and Query Lists. Keywords on the query list will be used to make queries on content sites, but only links on the Link List will be used to make outgoing links.
• Random Signature Assignment – Users will now be able to create signatures containing links, images, or any other non-JS HTML object and randomly assign them to a user-configurable percentage of fake forum members.
• Foreign Languages – Gives Forum Generator users the option of having their forum post in French, German, Italian, Spanish, and Russian.
• Fake Member Drip – Allows FG users to automatically add fake forum members at user-configurable intervals.
• Fake Member Avatars – Provides FG users the option to assign fake forum members avatars.
• Site Attribution – Gives FG users the option of attributing threads and posts to the websites from which they were originally extracted.
• Optimized cron jobs – We’ve increased the number of crons that run each minute, but have optimized them significantly so they use considerably less resources than in the original version.
• New content sources – We’ve added a few new content sources.

Minor Changes

• Added the ability to add 0 users at installation.
• Automatically remove outbound links from non-FG users.

Bug Fixes

• Cleaned up the users file.
